Accommodation
If you are looking for somewhere to live, require additional support with daily living, or simply want to feel you or your family are safe and supported: PF & AJ Holdings Limited aims to find a property in Lincolnshire or North Lincolnshire to rent that suits the needs of the individual, group or family.
Supporting Tennants
Whatever the reason for your move, be it that your current living arrangements are coming to an end, or you wish to live with people of your own age, or you wish to try living on your own, at PF and AJ Holdings, we will:
- Show you round the property before you decide
- Arrange your tenancy agreement
- Complete an inventory list
- Meet you on the day you move to swap tenancy agreements, inventories, and agree meter readings
- Help you with arranging your housing benefit allowance
- Explain what a security deposit is and where it will be kept, as well as how you get it back when your tenancy ends
- We will be the first point of contact for any repairs needed at the property
Supporting Landlords
We are private landlords to our tenants, with an understanding of the need to be supportive towards the emotional requirements of individual tenants.
Our specialist features as landlords include:
- Facilities where individuals can develop their own self worth
- Accommodation located in North Lincolnshire or Lincolnshire
- Arrangement of support packages for tenants
- Arrangement of counselling, psychology and psychotherapy support for tenants
- Arrangement of specialist training for the staff supporting tenants
